Most mailing lists are listed under the various dances they are concerned with; this page has the ones I could not fit anywhere else.
Send a message with body "subscribe dance-tech firstname lastname" to listserver@lists.acs.ohio-state.edu . For further info contact Scott A. Sutherland, ssutherl@magnus.acs.ohio.state.edu .
PE-talk is a mailing list in digest form: every day exactly one message is sent out containing all contributions of the previous day. Send a message with body 'subscribe' to pe-talk-digest-request@lists.sportime.com .
Purpose: UK-DANCE is a mailing list for discussion about all aspects of dance music culture in the UK: clubs, raves, clubs, record shops, radio, records and anything else to do with the underground dance music scene.
To subscribe to the list, write to listserv@tqmcomms.co.uk with 'subscribe uk-dance YOUR NAME' as the first line in the message body, replacing YOUR NAME with your real name, not your e-mail address. A digest version is also available - details upon subscription.
Purpose: RENDANCE is for discussion of Renaissance dance. The intended focus is dance reconstruction and related research, but discussion on any relevant topic is welcomed.

This file is part of the FAQ list for the newsgroup rec.arts.dance. The FAQ list is being maintained by Victor Eijkhout (victor at eijkhout dot net, talk about vanity), who appreciates being sent additions or corrections on the material in this collection. Copyright 1994/5/6/7/8/9/2000 lies with the maintainer and the contributors of various parts.
Listen up: Victor did not write most of this stuff; he just collected it. So don't send him any dance questions.
