Tango in movies
Books about tango
Tango is a popular dance in movies. Starting with Rudolph Valentino in ??? Al Pacino in Scent of a woman; even Arnold Schwarzenegger in True Lies.
The tango in "Scent of a Woman" was done to the song "Por Una Cabeza," which you can hear, for example, on Carlos Gadel's "El Gardel Que Conoci," vol. 1 (Polydor 314 529 617-2).
For some reason, tango is both romantic and dark. Gomez and Morticia dance a tango in the Addams Family movie.
